First Meal: Today is an everyday kind of day. Nothing special to report. We had organic Steel Cut Oats topped with organic Flaked Coconut, organic Blueberries, organic Raisins and organic Walnuts. Hidden underneath it all are organic ground Flax Seeds.
Second Meal: When I see Avocados and Sweet Potatoes on the counter and there are Black Beans on the shelf the cravings for my favorite plate begin. We had cooked organic Black Beans, organic Guacamole, organic Baked Sweet Potatoes, organic Kale Salad (with Red Onions, Millet and Tahini Dressing) and Gary’s organic Polenta Flatbread.
