First Meal: Up at 8am again and off to the theater. We stopped at Roy’s Station for tea. We didn’t stay long and brought our teas with us. I had packed our soaked Oats, with Blueberries, Figs and Apples that we ate outside on “The Steps of the Palace.”
Second Meal: With our day class done, we chose to eat in the courtyard today. It was a bit civilized. We brought chairs and a table outside and set our food out: a big Kale Salad, my Black Bean/Purple Sweet Potato/Red Romaine Lettuce/Florida Avocado stew and Green Juices.
Party: It’s Gary’s cousin Nancy’s birthday and she invited us along with some of her friends to celebrate. I was working until 9:30pm. Gary picked me up and brought me to the party which was already in process. There were lots of vegan, gluten-free cupcakes and I tried small tastes of a bunch of them from Icing On The Cake in Los Gatos and from Whole Foods.
