First Meal: Yesterday’s dinner becomes today’s breakfast – Tofu Scramble.
Second Meal: We’re having our last meal at Khanh’s before we fly home tonight. I typically order the Tofu with Shiitake Mushrooms and Vegetables only today I asked for it steamed. It arrive the same as always, sautéed with oil and salt. I rolled with it.
Green Juice: Everything is packed and ready to go. We strolled around Los Gatos after going to the post office there. We thought we’d stop at Pressed Juicery for Green Juices but realized the juices there are not organic. We walked out and I suggested we try the Juice Store across the street. Yeah, there’s another juice place in this same small town right across the street called Juice Co LG. What a discovery! Not only were the juices organic but we arrived during Happy Hour where we got $2 off each juice. We got two.
Not only are these juices organic, but they come in glass bottles! No plastic. Genius! We sat outside near the store and enjoyed our fresh, delicious drinks. When we were done we returned the bottles. They wash and reuse them. This is the way it should be.
