What Vegans Eat – Day 293


Breakfast: Hurray for oatmeal! We are craving it after days of Thanksgiving food and leftovers. Pecans make this oatmeal still seem festive since we don’t have them in the house on a regular basis. And I am now asking myself why that is. I think pecans will be on the shipping list more often. They are yummy.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Cabbage, Collards, Celery, Carrots
Dinner: Keeping it clean with a big kale salad (2 servings each) for dinner, tossed with Tahini dressing, black olives and red onion. That’s a lot of happy chewing. We finished up a very small amount of the Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes and heated up a couple of the Thanksgiving rolls made from this Olive Bread recipe.
