Breakfast: We began the day with a stunning ruby red grapefruit.
Next up for breakfast was oatmeal, as we’ve been having as late with pecans, walnuts, bananas, cinnamon and soy milk. I had green tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Cabbage, Lemon
Dinner: Gary’s Spicy Marinara with added eggplant and peppers made for a quick meal topped with white beans, two bowls for each of us!
Evening: Yes, we did it again, just like yesterday. We had chocolate So Delicious with homemade Apple Pie tarts and Rooibos Vanilla Almond tea.
