What Vegans Eat – Day 333


Breakfast: We got up wanting to create a new muffin recipe. It’s an Upside Down Muffin with Cinnamon, Walnuts and Blueberries on the bottom. We’ll be perfecting this muffin and then we’ll post the recipe for you. Stayed tuned. We enjoyed them with Apricot Butter and homemade Vegan Butter (another recipe we are working on) and Green Tea.
Dinner: After a brisk walk 1.5 miles to the Kew Gardens Cinema we saw the movie Youth and enjoyed it a lot. Then we walked back and decided to continue walking a half mile in the other direction for dinner at Green Zenphony. When we got there we saw our next door neighbors, Deepak and Bharati and we joined them. Here’s what we had:
Mango Veggie Chicken
Pea Pod Leaves
Triple Mushrooms with Shanghai Vegetables
Veggie Roast Pork Noodle Soup
After our meal we were served fresh orange slices.
Evening: When we got home we could not wait to sample our latest new recipe: Angela Pia, a luscious pudding which we really enjoyed with cup of Peppermint Tea.
