Breakfast: We had the Oats Breakfast Bar this morning. That’s where we put 1/2 cup of rolled oats in our bowl and bring out all the toppings. I put coconut, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, apricot butter and soy milk on mine and enjoyed it with green kukitcha tea.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime
 
Dinner: The Verdure al Forno leftovers were reinvigorated with added corn and spinach, topped with Sriracha sauce and served with Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Sausage. This was a good one!

Evening: What’s for dessert? I made a quick and easy smoothie with frozen blueberries, coconut milk and fresh pineapple.
