Breakfast: My flight from Panama landed in the Newark airport early at about 4:20am. Yawn. Things moved very quickly from there. The express bus rolled right up to take me to Manhattan and the F train, running local, in the morning appeared a few minutes after I descended into the subway terminal. When I was walking out of the subway station Gary greeted me to help carry my bags. It was lovely to be home. I was treated to a terrific breakfast: Easy Spinach Frittata, Home Fries, Corn Bread and a new spicy, creamy red pepper sauce that I put on everything.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Carrots, Celery, Lime Ginger
Dinner: Breakfast was so good we had it all again for dinner. More please.
Evening: We relaxed and watched the Oscars with Teeccino, blended with Cashew Cream, along with a little banana and peanut butter. There’s no place like home.
Welcome home Caryn! Inspired by your trip, I picked up a papaya and will be having it for breakfast. Loved your and Gary’s joint posts and hoping Gary will share his spicy red pepper sauce recipe. 🙂
