Breakfast: It’s Day 2 of the Food Revolution Summit. It just gets better an better. Don’t miss any of it. Register now! Gary made Light and Crispy Waffles. I started slowly with a little one with Plum Butter.

Later, working intensely during the summit, I had more waffles with Peanut Butter Cream and Blueberries.

Dinner: Simple dining after another long work day consisting of Sweet Potatoes and a broth with Shiitake Mushrooms and Chickpea Miso.

Evening: That’s it! We each had our last sliver of my birthday cake, Chocolate Flourless Cake. Until next time.
