Breakfast: Coming to the end of the Food Revolution Summit, I was treated to Buckwheat Waffles with Bananas, Prune Butter and Papaya, along with Green Tea.
Daily Green Juice: I finally got to making a new batch of juice made with Kale, Collards, Celery, Cucumber and Lemon and I added in a couple of Ginger Juice Ice Cubes.
Dinner: Okay, so we have a little addiction to Green Zenphony. This was our second trip there this week and we were happy to see the place was crowded! We started with the Stir Fried Pea Pod Leaves. They are so good. Yes, green leafy vegetables can taste amazing. These absolutely do.

I ordered the Triple Mushroom with Bean Curd. It’s stunning!
