Breakfast: Basic Cold Rolled Oats with Bananas, Shredded Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds and Unsweetened Soy Milk served with Pink Grapefruit and Green Tea – this is our REAL Classic weekday breakfast.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Cucumber.
Dinner: Yesterday’s dinner plus: The Mashed Potatoes with Jerusalem Artichokes were reheated, The Dandelion Greens replaced the spinach in Gary’s Easy Spinach Frittata, I made my quick Mushroom Broth with Turmeric and Black Pepper and the surprise was the remaining Quinoa Balls that were in the freezer since Passover.
