Breakfast: My parents had brought us some sweet Corn from a local Long Island farm. You know that the best corn is grown on Long Island, don’t you? This is the corn I grew up on every summer. I took two and then another. There was little room for the maki made with millet, black and red rices, that I had prepared, which we will likely finish tomorrow. Yellow sweet Pineapple went well with that Yellow sweet Corn.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Carrots, Lemon
Dinner: How many more pictures of our Cole Slaw and Healthy World Burgers can you take? The burgers are now finished but there is still a little slaw left over. A head of cabbage always shreds up into a giant bowl that lasts a long time.
Evening: And so ends our story of Pie. Lemon Meringue Pie made with magical aquafaba. We ate the last of it and then had a strong cup of Peppermint tea.
