Breakfast: We had a polenta bar! Creamy bowls of polenta with your chose of toppings: shredded coconut, chopped apple, pumpkins seeds, flax seeds and brown sugar with Bai Mu Dan white tea.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots & Lime Juice.
 
Dinner: I made a big batch of millet in the morning along with kidney beans. I was planning on making bean burgers but that didn’t happen. Maybe tomorrow. Instead I created a new recipe, Greens with Thai Coconut Sauce and served it with millet topped with a light peanut butter dressing made with peanut butter, water, vinegar and chile powder. We finished up the black bean stew made a few days before.

Evening: Apple, Flourless Chocolate Cake.
