Breakfast: Gary was off early for a family meeting. I kept things simple with cold Rolled Oats, Coconut, Raisins, Walnuts, Chia and Soy Milk
Lunch: After his meeting he went out with cousin Nancy and her husband Wade for vegan, gluten-free pancakes at a restaurant called, Deluxe! Nancy had been talking about going there with us for a long time. I missed out, but Gary saved me half of his pancakes. They were tasty and didn’t need anything on them. I think they had soaked up plenty of maple syrup already.
Daily Green Juice: Whole Foods Campbell Blend
Dinner: We are eating a lot of restaurant food right now. We are careful about where we go and what we order. When Gary made this salad with crunchy Romaine Lettuce, Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado and Lemon Juice I couldn’t get enough. We were both craving good, clean food. The bowls were not very big and we kept filling them up.
We also don’t use a microwave at home but there is one here in the poolhouse. Gary nuked some Sweet Potatoes and topped them with Tahini Dressing.
