Breakfast: This week our basic Oatmeal Breakfast now features Coconut Flakes, Raisins, Chia Seeds and Apricot Butter served with Earl Grey Tea.
Lunch: After recording my It’s All About Food show, talking about detoxing with Whole Detox author Deanna Minich, I needed to find food fast. Yesterday’s late night salad was ready to go for lunch today which I topped with Guacamole.
Last night’s homemade “meaty” soup was reheated for lunch.
Evening: It had been a long day – the radio show, teaching music for a Wonka Jr. production and then working with Gary at our Fiddler rehearsal. We got back to the pool house and were ready to devour whatever we could. We had no desire to cook anything. The Mary’s Gone Crackers box came out, with leftover Guacamole, Corn Thins, Peanut Butter and Apricot Butter.
