Breakfast: It’s Ground Hog’s Day. The ground hog has reportedly seen his shadow so we will have more winter. It’s also my dad’s 89th birthday. Happy Birthday dad! Gary and I had Polenta cereal again with Chia Seeds and Raisins.
Lunch: Today’s big soup is made with low sodium Vegetable Broth, Ancient Harvest Corn/Quinoa Noodles, Onions, Black Beans and lots of Kale.
Dinner: After rehearsal we came back to the pool house for a repeat on yesterday’s dinner only tonight we had Sprouted Whole Grain Tortillas instead of Corn, to wrap our Field Roast Frankfurters and Dijon Mustard.
We finished up the soup from lunchtime.
