Breakfast: This was a day of grazing. Monday is our day off from Fiddler rehearsals and a day “on” for catch up. I worked inside the pool house in “robot mode” stopping to eat briefly when really hungry. Gary was out in the rainy weather, working on other assignments. I had a bowl of Red Lentils and hot sauce for breakfast. I reheated the already-cooked lentils and through in a big bunch of Arugula. It’s a great breakfast, like a creamy, savory porridge.
Lunch: A container of leftover Brussels Sprouts and Red Onions, a few Brazil Nuts and Almonds, and an Apple satisfied me for lunch.
Dinner: We were invited out to dinner with Gary’s family but when he got in from the rain all he wanted to do was take a hot shower and dry off. We grazed instead on Oranges, Peanuts and Raisins.
Evening: We went up to the main house and Gary’s nephew served up some Trader Joe’s Soy Creamy. He knows what I like now and gives me a small taste of each.
