What Vegans Eat – Day 755: Travel Edition

Breakfast: We did it! The Fiddler on the Roof production has ended. We survived. We slept in late and woke up hungry. Gary whipped up a hearty dish with Firm Tofu, Field Roast Sausage and Arugula.

Dinner: Gary left me in the pool house to catch up on lots of work. He came back with some groceries, including Forager Cashewgurt. It’s fabulous – a nondairy yogurt made from cashews.

Evening: We are weary. Corn Thins and Peanut Butter was what we wanted, with Mint Tea.
