Breakfast: I’ve been enjoying our savory breakfasts. Yesterday’s Frittata became this morning’s Breakfast Burrito filling, in an Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortilla, served with Pink Grapefruit and Vanilla Tea with Coconut Milk.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Beet Greens, Red Cabbage, Celery, Ginger, Lemon
Dinner: It’s REAL comfort food time! Sautéed Collard Greens with Onions, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Healthy World Burgers with Spicy Marinara Sauce.
That’s what my plate looked like for a very short time before it was all gone. But there are leftovers!
Evening: We finished the last remaining Frozen Lemon Cheesecake Cookies with Ginger Chili Tea.
