What Vegans Eat – Day 819


Breakfast: I was thinking of making my new favorite breakfast of Rolled Oats, Cacao Nibs, Raisins, Walnuts and Flax Seeds, topped with Almond Yogurt. My head was full of thoughts for the day ahead and I mindlessly poured Soy Milk on my cereal before adding the yogurt. Oh no! I was disappointed, but like they say – don’t cry over spilled soy milk. I topped it with yogurt and then thought of adding berries. I didn’t think we had any. Our freezer drawer is quite full right now with foods we’ve prepared and stored, along with new inventory. I dug deep and found BERRIED TREASURE! There was a bag of Blueberries at the bottom. Hooray! My breakfast was now perfect, soy milk and all, with Jasmine Tea and Pink Grapefruit.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Ginger, Lime
Dinner: Gary outdid himself once again making a satisfying meal of Mashed Potatoes, Baked Tofu, Spinach and a Tomatoe Salad with Black Beans.
