Breakfast: How can breakfast ever be boring? If you are eating breakfast out of a box you are missing one of the greatest joys in life! This morning’s bowl was filled with Blueberries, Flax Seeds, Walnuts, Almond Yogurt, Pears and Raisins.
Lunch: Working vigorously at my computer I gobbled up the leftover Skillet breakfast from yesterday made with Spinach, Red Onions, Tempeh in Spicy Marinarawith Prunes and Garbanzo Bean Flour.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
Dinner: Gary is the sauce king! He made a quick Marinara and sautéed some Eggplant for me with Onions and Olives. He made Brown Rice pasta too. I added Mushrooms to mine and we grated Almond Mozzarella Cheese on top. Good eating!
