Breakfast: Sometimes mornings are just for tea. I made a pot of Darjeeling in Angie, our Breville Teamaker.
Lunch: When hunger finally screamed inside me, I got up from my work and looked to see what I could find in the refrigerator. Score! There was a Kale Salad ready to go for me to enjoy.
Dinner: The nice thing about not eating until hungry is that the food tastes even more delicious than you thought possible. I thoroughly enjoyed this Romaine Lettuce Salad with Red Cabbage, chopped Olives and Tahini Dressing. I told Gary it was the best salad I ever had and he told me I always say that.
The next course was a stew with Black-Eyed Peas, Tomatoes, Corn, Onions and Mushrooms (just on mine).
Evening: Last but not least a Blueberry Frozen Treat made with lots of Blueberries, ALmond Yogurt and Banana.
