Breakfast: We’ve got an evening flight we have time to relax. We enjoyed our Rolled Oats breakfast with Sunflower Seeds, Apples, Raisins, Almond Yogurt and Soy Milk. I was so tempted to bring a couple of jars of yogurt with me on the trip but we decided to freeze them before we leave.
Lunch: It’s refrigerator cleanup time. We had the leftovers from last night’s Green Zenphony dinner, plus some Celery, Scallions, Almond Yogurt and Hibiscus Tea. It is so hot and humid today! We are looking forward to getting out of here.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime, Ginger
Dinner: Gary brought some Apples, a Dark Chocolate Bar and leftover Rice to the airport to snack on. I knew we would need some thing else. I found a Jamba Juice store. I was happy to see some real food on display.
I ordered a large Apple & Greens (with Kale, Bananas and Peaches) and a Greens & Ginger (with Kale, Banana and Mango). I was so glad I did. We brought them on the plane and sipped slowly.
