What Vegans Eat – Day 89

Breakfast: I was hungry this morning, really hungry. I started breakfast with a banana. Then I moved on to the muffins with homemade fig jam.

But that was not enough! I made a breakfast wrap with leftovers: baked tofu, guacamole, sautéed peppers and onions. That did it. I was sated.

Lunch:
I am glad I made a giant Kale and Blueberry Salad two nights before. More for me! I had some for lunch, this time topped with salsa.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
 
Dinner: We were out late and came home really hungry. We each had an apple as appetizer. It was so good. Then we were grateful for the leftovers. We had been dreaming of them all evening: Tortillas with spicy refried beans, baked tofu, guacamole, brown rice and sautéed bell peppers with onions.

Evening:
Raw Revolution Mixed Nut, Caramel and Sea Salt Bar with Teeccino
