Breakfast: My cold has peaked. It is a day to rest. Gary made a nice breakfast of Rolled Oats, Apples, Raisins and Soy Milk. We found some of the teas we had left in the Pool House we are staying in from the last time we were here. I had Chai.
Lunch: Gary took off to visit with family. I stayed back to rest and get ready to broadcast my radio show. When I got hungry I ate plain tofu. Sometimes when people are not feeling well they want to eat foods that are white. I was having one of those days.
Dinner: Gary had lunch at Khahn’s with his sister and he brought me back Tofu Rolls, White Rice Paper wrapped around Tofu, Lettuce and Rice Noodles. It is a primarily white food.
A little later I was ready for greens. Gary went out to Whole Foods and brought back a couple of Green Smoothies.
Evening: Before going to bed I went for another white-ish food, the banana, with melatonin to help me sleep.
