This makes a really great party dip or something to spread on tortillas or as a fondue with vegetables and cubes of baked tofu or some of our tempeh bacon and scallions on top of a potato…if it makes it that far because you’re probably just going to eat it right out of the baking dish before it even gets to the table.
1 recipe of homemade Vegan Mozzarella
1 cup of winter salsa
Preheat oven to 375oF.
Directly into an oven proof baking dish (with a lid), cube one recipe of our REAL vegan mozzarella and mix in one cup of our winter salsa. Cover with the lid and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Stir and serve as a dip for whatever you like to dip in hot bubbling cheese.
