Use this quick sauce to top our REAL-style Meatloaf. It’s our version of Ketchup.
1 cups tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
2 Tablespoons agave
2 Tablespoons mustard
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes without a lid. Pour over Meatloaf. The rest may be refrigerated.
