What Vegans Eat – Day 101


Breakfast: I couldn’t wait for breakfast! Last night’s untouched treats turned into the best breakfast burrito with beans, guacamole, salsa and cashew cheese sauce.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemo
Dinner: If you have not discover raw kale in your salad yet, you don’t know what you are missing, This was the best salad ever! Kale and Romaine Salad with Balsamic Tahini Dressing with Olives, Avocado, Tomato and Red Peppers.
