What Vegans Eat – Day 102


Breakfast: The breakfast burrito fest continues. This morning we added Tempeh Bacon and Baked Home Fries to the beans, guacamole and vegan cashew cheese.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon

Lunch: Eat, work, repeat and Eat. More burritos! Help yourself with the REAL Burrito Bar.

Dinner: I think I satisfied my burrito craving. Kale salad with leftover tempeh bacon and baked home fries and a little soup, made from everything left over and blend together, vegan cheese, beans, and yellow split pea soup. Delicious.
