What Vegans Eat – Day 1031, Travel Edition


Breakfast: I am still in wild catch up mode with work. Breakfast is basic, like yesterday and many hundreds that have come before and will come again: Rolled Oats, Walnuts, Raisins, Apples, Bananas and Soy Milk.
Lunch: Gary is out doing what he needs to do and I am working in the pool house. When I got really hungry I cooked pink lentils. They cook very fast. I love them plain. I ate a few bowls.
Dinner: When Gary makes food it is always presented beautifully. Here is an Arugula and mixed Asian Greens with Tahini topped with Tofu covered Tahini.
