Breakfast: It’s a day off from rehearsals, a day to get our work done and maybe roam about freely. We begin with Oatmeal with Raisins and Apples.
Lunch: We are treating ourselves to lunch at Khanh’s! Gary got his favorite Rice Vermicelli with Vegetables.
I ordered the lovely Tofu with Lemongrass.
And we got plenty of fresh Tofu Rolls.
Dinner: We weren’t in the mood for making food. Gary brought a big bag of Oranges from his dad’s tree. I had one and I also nibbled on some Bark Thins.
Later in the evening we made potatoes – Red and Purple.
