Breakfast: The day after a big day requires big rest and simple foods. Rolled Oats with a big pile of blueberries and shredded coconut looked like a special dessert Sundae.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
 
Dinner: Miso paste makes soup come together fast. We had a miso vegetable soup with a special treat ingredient: Teriyaki Seitan from Maywah Vegetarian Markets.
