Breakfast: My morning Black Vanilla Tea was topped with Soy Milk Foam. We had our vitamins (B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc) with it and DHA/EPA which we call our fish.
Lentils are often eaten on the new year and are considered good luck. Gary got a big pot soaking last night with Pink and Green Lentils with added Adzuki Beans.
Lunch: The soaked beans became a rich soup with Red, Brown, Black Rices and Millet, a jar of Strained Tomatoes, Carrots, Celery, Onions and a half gallon of water. We have soup to last the year! Yesterday’s Baked Tofu, Baked Fries, Green Peas and Salad rounded out the meal. I topped my soup with Mushrooms.
Dinner: We had more soup for dinner. Afterwards we started to get festive (New Year’s Eve coming tomorrow) with Red Wine and Dark Chocolate.
