Breakfast: It’s a REAL breakfast favorite: Rolled Oats, Cacao Nibs, Apples, Raisins, Walnuts and Soy Milk. We love it.
Lunch: We are winding down here with our adventure in the The Bay Area, directing The Music man. We have a few days left and that means it’s time to finish up the food we have purchased. Gary made a huge pot of a Red Lentil and Millet Stew with Arugula and Sweet Potatoes. I could eat this for days. And that’s the plan.
Dinner: We had more of the day’s stew topped with Nutritional Yeast after the show.
