Breakfast: Rolled Oats Cereal the way I like it. Okay, I like it many ways. This way was with Strawberries, Chia Seeds, Walnuts, Cacao Nibs, Raisins and Soy Milk.
Lunch: More of yesterday’s Sweet Potato Black Bean Vegetable Soup, better than yesterday.
Dinner: Today’s Salad consisted of Power Greens, grated Purple Carrot, Avocado, Walnuts, Red Onion and Tahini Dressing.
Evening: Wanting something sweet, but not wanting too work to hard or put sugar in something, I mashed a Banana with Flaked Coconut and Apricot Butter and a little Vanilla Extract. It did the trick.
