What Vegans Eat – Day 1113


Breakfast: Some days we like it hot. Oatmeal that is. This morning’s Oatmeal was expertly prepared by Gary with Bananas, Apples and Raisins and topped with Coconut, Cacao Nibs and Walnuts.

Dinner: Another discovery in the freezer was cooked Kale with Onions. Once reheated we gobbled them up, chewing carefully of course.

Yes, there is still more of the Whatever-Beans-We-Have-Left-In-The-House Soup. Today I stirred in some Smoky Chipotle Tahini that I had made to top the Roasted Cauliflower yesterday.

In the evening I felt a little chill and Gary made me a quick Miso Soup with Tofu and Wakame. It warmed me right up.
