What Vegans Eat – Day 1126


Breakfast: We have posted many a bowl of Oatmeal. Here is another. This is how it works. You take a simple bowl of Oatmeal like this one, with Raisins and Apples cooked in it.

And then you make it a celebration, a Sundae treat, topped with Blueberries, Ground Flax Seeds and Flaked Coconut.

Dinner: It was time for a visit to Green Zenphony. You should try this place. It does not disappoint. First, go with the Veggie Pork Ribs.

If you like fish, try this dish: Soy Fish in Clay Pot. It also does not disappoint. It’s delicious.

I save the Chinese Broccoli for dessert. It’s sweet and crunchy.

Evening: Going to Green Zenphony was a break from the project I am currently working on and wanting to complete. Tonight is a late night. After any kind of Chinese Food I am always very thirsty afterwards. For a late night snack, we had Green Juices with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Cabbage and Lemon. After that, I finished up the Raspberry Blueberry Smoothie Gary made last night.

Late Night: Now it’s very late, after 1 am and we have Apples with Bananas! Get it? Served with Chamomile Lemon Tea. Bananas have melatonin, a good way to get to sleep if you are wound tight after a long, long day.
