What Vegans Eat – Day 1125

Breakfast: This is one of our favorite Sunday breakfasts – Baked Home Fries and Gary’s No-Egg-Omelette-Soufflé.

 
Lunch: My leftovers from yesterday’s visit to Plant Wise made a lunch with many flavors: Kale Caesar Salad with Veggie Tuna (Chickpeas, Celery, Broccoli, Red Onion, Almonds, Sunflower Dijonaise) and Cranberries plus the Masala Bowl with Chickpea Masala, Tomato, Falafel Balls and Sunflower Tahini.

 
And a second helping of this morning’s breakfast for lunch.

 
Green Juice: Today’s green juice has Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Cabbage and Lemon.

 
Dinner: I worked feverishly on my computer to finish a project. Gary served me a refreshing smoothie with Raspberries, Blueberries and Soy Milk.
