What Vegans Eat – Day 1163, Special Travel Edition


Breakfast: Oatmeal and Pineapple breakfast, repeat from yesterday.

We went back to the Super Luperon grocery for a few items and we discovered they had several shelves of plant milks!

Lunch: I made a big salad in the Slow Cooker bowl with Lettuce, Garbanzo Beans, Tahini, Onions and Tomatoes. Good salad.

I made our hydrating cocktails of Pineapple, Lime and Water.

Dinner: We didn’t want to miss the sunset since it was so amazing yesterday. The sun is HUGE here. We ordered snacks, Guacamole and Torillas along with Imperial Beer, another Costa Rica beer. I like this one better. It was a little cloudy but the sunset was still spectacular.
