Breakfast: It’s Day 7 of the Food Revolution Summit and my desk is getting more and more cluttered. I can’t wait to have a moment to bring order to this space. That time is not now. I wolfed down my Oatmeal with Blueberries, Walnuts and Coconut, doing my best to chew each mouthful carefully, as I suggested to many of the Summit participants whose questions I was answering.
Lunch: We often each a late lunch. Or some might call it an early dinner. What would you call it? Our second meal of the day consisted of cooked Rancho Gordo Cranberry Beans, Millet with Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Guacamole, Sour Kraut and very green salad made with Arugula and Collard Greens.
Evening: Later that evening we both needed something sweet. Gary was sensible and chose dried Figs. I had an OCHO Coconut Bar.
