What Vegans Eat – Day 1193

Breakfast: Gary served me a cup of Teeccino with his expert Soy Milk foam, dusted with Cocoa. Good morning everybody!

 
For breakfast we had Steel Cut Oats with Raisins, Apples and Bananas, served with Cherries.

 
Lunch: For a late lunch, I made the salad – Baby Greens with Black Olives and Grated Apple, tossed with Balsaamic Tahini Dressing. I topped mine with Sauerkraut.

 
While we ate our salads, we reheated some Sweet Potatoes, orange and purple.

 
Dinner: We were not hungry for dinner. Gary had started some Garbanzo Beans soaking in the morning and I got them cooking. When they were done I could not resist taking a small bowl and topping it with Tahini Dressing and Nutritional Yeast. It’s my savory Sundae.
 
Evening: Settling in for the night we each had a Banana.
