Breakfast: I’m flying, flying, flying, flying… I am off to Quebec today. With a flight leaving at 11am, I left the house around 8am so I could be at the airport two hours early. I had a big cup of Maté and half of a Pink Grapefruit.
Lunch: I had brought along Apples, Bananas, cold Sweet Potato slices I had made yesterday along with Pumpkin Seed Crusted Tofu Steaks. I met Deo at the airport and shared my goods.
When we arrived in Quebec, we settled into our condo and then went on a long walk of discovery. We walked into a health food store called La Carotte Joyeuse (the joyous carrot). I was impressed with all the flavors of plant milk including Chick Pea and Buckwheat!
Dinner: We found a little sushi place for dinner and shared a bowl with Rice, Salad, Vegetables and fried Tofu.
We each had our own Vegetable Rolls.
We also shared a delicious pot of Genmaicha, Japanese brown rice tea.
We picked up an organic Dark Chocolate Bar with Sesame Seeds and each had a small square on our long walk back to the hotel.
