Breakfast: I am still in a French food state of mind after coming back from Quebec. This morning I made savory garbanzo bean flour crepes, or omelettes, seasoned with lots of dried herbs and spices, and filled with Spinach, Sautéed Onions, Tomatoes and drizzled with a little Tahini Dressing. Ooh la la! They were sensational. I topped mine with Mushrooms too.
Dinner: We haven’t gone shopping in a while and I am clearing out what we have in the refrigerator and freezer. I made a Barley Miso Soup with Tofu, Celery, Carrots, Onions, Frozen Peas and Frozen Cauliflower.
Evening: For a late night thriller, we had our Green Juices, made with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Ginger and Lemon.
