What Vegans Eat – Day 1218

Breakfast: It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood and it’s my plan to spend a lot of time enjoying it. I had breakfast on the terrace: Grapefruit Slices, Steel Cut Oats with Blueberries, Coconut, Raisins and Soy Milk and Oolong Tea.

 
Lunch: Yesterday’s herbed Whole Grain Blend was served on a bed of Greens with Red Pepper Turmeric Dressing.

 
Dinner: I took myself on a long walk. It was a treat! I walked with Gary. Well, he walked in San Jose, California and I walked in Forest Hills, NY and we talked together with our headphones. When I got home, I finished up yesterday’s Tempeh Carrot and Mushroom Stew.
