What Vegans Eat – Day 1224


Breakfast: I’m back at mom’s this morning to see what wrong with her dishwasher that is not working. I know she’s happy when I eat at her place so I put off eating breakfast until after I arrived. I made Steel Cut Oats with Banana and Raisins and lots of Cinnamon.

Mom had a platter of fruit for me – Strawberries, Oranges and Pineapple.

Lunch: Mom insisted I have some of the soup I made for her on Thursday. I prepared two big soup pots of soup for her that I put in containers in the freezer ad refrigerator. It’s good, made with Potatos, Onions, Celery, Carrots, Corn, Caraway Seeds, Garlic Powder, Turmeric, Black Pepper and Herbes de Provence.

Dinner: Back at home I made my signature dish! Leftover Green Zenphony Rice Blend with Sautéed Pea Pod Leaves, cooked in water with dried Shiitake Mushrooms. I love this so much.
