What Vegans Eat – Day 1234, Travel Edition – Bay Area, CA


Breakfast: The routine is the same here. Breakfast in the morning, get as many tasks done as possible until the evening rehearsal for Into the Woods. Today’s breakfast is Rolled Oats, Bananas, Raisins. Blueberries, Walnuts and Soy Milk.

Lunch: I get these ideas sometimes of dishes I want to make. Today I desired a seasoned Quinoa. I made a big pot, cooked with Onion Powder, Turmeric, Herbes de Provence and Black Pepper. I will be making this again! It’s very good. When it was done I piled it on the beautiful salad Gary made with Greens, Red Onion, Carrots and a Tahini Balsamic Vinegar Dressing. I had seconds. This will keep me for the rest of the day.

Evening: Back from a long rehearsal I ate an Apple.
