Breakfast: It’s Sunday, our full day off. There are some nice large bowls here in the place we are staying, perfect for big salads, like this one. I made it with Greens, Microgreens, Sauerkraut, Avocado and lots of Lemon Juice. I am in lemon heaven now with people giving us fresh lemons from their trees.
Lunch: It was time to get out and enjoy the day. We went to Los Gatos to do a little shopping and walk around. And we stopped into the Pressed Juicery for some Freezes.
Dinner: Back at home we made a quick mashed Avocado Cream with Lemon to eat with Celery Sticks, and warmed up yesterday’s Scramble and the Ratatouille-like dish I made a few days ago. It was a feast.
