Lunch: It was lovely to sleep in our bed after being away for so long, even if it was hot and humid. The fatigue is settling in now that the adrenaline is gone. We are both tired but have much on our plates. Still not ready to cook, we went over to Green Zenphony for a late lunch. I started with Miso Soup.
We shared some Chinese Broccoli.
Gary got his Veggie Ribs.
I had the Veggie Beef Bean Curd with Tomato and Basil. I love this dish.
Dinner: We began to feel more like ourselves later in the day. Gary made Baked Sweet Potatoes and a very large chopped Kale Salad mixed with Blueberries and the Whole Grain Blend I made yesterday. We filled our bowls and then ate only about half. We’ll have leftovers for tomorrow. There was one lone bottle of Anchor Steam in the refrigerator. We took it all out on the terrace and had our first Mid Summer Night’s Dinner.
