Breakfast: I started the day with a Peach. I bought some organic Peaches at Whole Foods on the weekend and waited for them to ripen. I am always disappointed with peaches and this time was no exception. Where are the sweet, juicy peaches of my youth? Does anyone know?
Lunch: I took a bowl of Sweet Potato Bean Salad for breakfast. It was 1pm but since we went to bed late and got up late, this was breakfast. I loved it. This is a terrific dish for breakfast.
Dinner: The salads we made for the unveiling will not last forever. We finished up almost all of them for dinner.
Gary made an Adzuki Bean soup. It was nice to eat something different! I topped mine with Kite Hill Almond Cheese with Chives.
