What Vegans Eat – Day 1288

Breakfast: Now that the unveiling is over and the food we made for it is finished, we need to go food shopping for normal food! There was just enough Steel Cut Oats to make breakfast for us. I added Peaches, Dried Apricots, Walnuts, Almonds and Sunflowers.

 
Dinner: Where else to go when there is little food in the house? Green Zenphony! We walked over for an early dinner. We tried some new dishes and shared them. We ordered Eggplant with Ginger Spicy Brown Sauce, but I think we got the Sautéed Eggplant with Basil in Black Bean Sauce. It was still yummy.

 
We also tried the Bean Curd Platter Supreme with Bean Curd, Wheat Veggie Beef, Sundried Tomatoes, Jalapeño Peppers and Broccoli Rabe.

 
And we had our tried and true sautéed Chinese Broccoli.

 
Evening: We finished up the night with Air Popped Popcorn and Peaches and watched a movie.
